I am making Fitness my top PRIORITY in 2016. Even though I am in the best shape of my life at 56 than I was at 25 I still need to improve in Diet and Physical well being. Eating right, exercising minimum 4 times a week and bed by eleven up by 6 am for gym. So, what can you use as a model? First, join a gym where the price is low, free instruction and you don't feel intimidated by MODELS walking around everywhere. The answer?
